I hope you have time to get out in the snow and shoot some photos. From photos I’ve seen of the roads in the Kawagoe area, Tokyo and Saitama-ken are just as prepared for snow as the UK is every year (winter always was a surprise 🙂 )
Yeah, completely unprepared! To be fair though, the two storms in the past week have been way out of the ordinary. Both record breakers.
Popped out for a bit yesterday. Had three local destinations in mind. Did the first two (although the second wasn’t as photogenic as I’d hoped), but then gave up and headed home. The strong wind made keeping my camera dry very tricky indeed. Plus my hands were freezing. I’m about as prepared as Tokyo is!
