Cherry blossom beginnings

With this year’s cherry blossom now beginning to bloom, Tokyo’s disciplined deportment will take a brief but well earned break from the weekend, and the city will abound with outdoor boozing, bellowing and bawdiness.

But for now at least, it’s mostly tea and toddler-based tranquility.

Great photo, what lens are you using on that D300?

    Thanks!

Oh, and I used the Nikon 85mm f/1.4D for this pic Michael. A lens I hardly have off the camera.

A fine lens all around 🙂

I’m currently looking to get a Zeiss 2/100. Such an amazing lens for both macro and mid range. But the prices on it are so crazy… I mean on a good day it’ll cost as much as a D300 itself :p
