    this is what you call “sticker bombing”
    these people usually prepare big amounts of those stickers at home (mostly on parcel stickers) and then go around town sticking them everywhere.
    they can actually have a (political etc) message or they just do it for fun, like in your picture…or maybe he really wants to tell us something with fuck all.
    i’m no fan of grafitti tagging but i do enjoy these little stickers now and then
