Ahh, Tachikawa. I spent many a happy day in tachikawa, walking by this dentist. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the requisite insurance to supersize my crowns. One of the little tragedies of my life.

I first thought it was a poop. maybe they do so poor job that it looks like poop? sorry for this kinda comment but it turnd out to be a crown. the king of the tooth.
