It really is, isn’t it? Now if only she’d left the house in a yellow hat…

You have been posting some crackers of late. Timing, lighting, street art, co-ordination and a reminder of a favourite song. Thank you.
“West is where all days will someday end;
Where the colours turn from grey to gold,
And you can be with the friends.
And light flakes the golden clouds above all;
West is Mike and Susie,
West is where I love.” : Refugees – VDGG https://youtu.be/aevvtpRej5M

Thank you, that’s very good to hear. A changed world has meant a slightly changed photographic approach, so nice to know the results are interesting.
Similarly, it’s always good when a photo prompts a music reminder, especially with lyrics as lovely as those.

She may not have a yellow hat but that is a first grade determined stride. I think she doesn’t want to be standing in your light. Another fine landscape! (from Hammill to Hunter).

Yeah, she turned, saw me, and for a split second didn’t really know whether to move out of the way or just carry on. She sort of did something in between.
It is. The kind of landscape I’m much more comfortable shooting. No decisions needed about rock inclusions whatsoever!

Now you’ve got me digging thru my dead head collection. And in the fine tradition of learning something new every day I never knew Robert Hunter was the great great grandson of Rabbie Burns!
