crazy to think I recognize a vacant lot but the third photo – it’s in Yanaka/Nezu, right? not sure where the boundary is but it’s right around the corner from the ryokan I stay at.

That toilet really is perfect for a brief time every year.. Very glad I happened to pass by when I did.
Yes, that’s right. I have a real soft spot for that corner. Just a shame the old hardware shop is no longer there.

Favourite, just, is the mannequin (who I have called Klara) staring into the blue and pink. Lovely.
