A quiet Sunday morning in suburban Tokyo

Such measures haven’t been introduced here. There was talk at one time of some absurdly convoluted system involving family names, the alphabet and admissions at certain times, but it never happened. So more than likely this fella simply waltzed in, grabbed his bread rolls and just as quickly set off home to enjoy them.
