A scarecrow’s painfully long wait for spring

Spring and all its benefits are thankfully not that far away, but for some in particular, that wait has been a long and incredibly arduous one.

        HA! This has got to be the most beautiful scarecrow I’ve seen, despite the dirt and mud. I can’t tell if it’s a man or woman though, it looks like one of those video game characters. Great shot as always 🙂

    She need a new paddy hat. 🙂 She might be freezing. A scarf for her too.
    This winter has been dragging, it is still so cold!

      Perhaps some skin cream too…

      Yeah, it certainly has, but spring is surely just round the corner. Hope so anyway.

    I do hate those disembodied heads floating over the fields 🙂 Good sign of approaching Spring though!

      As you can probably guess, I have a bit of a soft spot for them. But yeah, they do indeed suggest spring isn’t far away, and that’s always good!
