An old school Tokyo gambler

The little radio he uses to listen to the horse racing is wonderfully retro, but his desperate hope for that elusive big win is truly timeless.

    Reminds me of the wonderful (and no longer online) ‘Pulpo – Jump for Joy’ Japan photo website .. in mono.
    He’s primed, but catching that ‘punch the air’ moment remains as elusive as his win.

      Ah, that’s a site I don’t know, but primed as he was, I’d love to have seen the sight of him jumping for joy.
