An utterly dilapidated old Japanese building

There are lots of dilapidated structures on these pages, from dated markets to once busy drinking streets, but due to its location and truly tumbledown nature, this old corner building is without a doubt really quite extraordinary.

Cheers. Found it on maps and needless to say it did not disappoint. Not in the slightest.

Fascinating stuff as always, Lee. I can’t think of many (any?) countries where a building like that would be allowed to exist.

Thanks a lot. And yeah, that’s a very good point. So many of these kinds of buildings too.

Kinda looks like it won’t be there much longer–glad you captured it when you did.

Thanks a lot. Yeah, it has clearly been there a long time, but considering its state, and the the development around it, it’s hard to seeing it lasting much longer.
