Nostalgic Japanese naughtiness?

There is far from a shortage of establishments in Tokyo to feed the nation’s fantastic array of fetishes, all the way from train-related titillation to classroom-like clubs, with even the odd maid obediently offering a helping hand along the way.

Yet somewhat surprisingly, considering Japan’s fondness for fashion, there is even a strip club catering for a spot of nostalgia-based naughtiness.

A place where, as well as peering at bare bottoms, patrons can seemingly bask in the impossibly perverted pleasure of bad eighties bouffants.

Abhorrent belt?

Due to their very nature, exercise belts aren’t exactly cutting-edge as far as clothing is concerned, with even this Hello Kitty concoction coming off as more cumbersome than cute.

However, as far as design and even dignity goes, the kitty-themed model is mildly modish compared to the almost masochistic mien of the Boneless Belt.

A product that looks sickening enough when semi-covered, but up close and perspiringly personal, it is positively repellent.

Japanese gaming gear

There’s no denying the fondness for fashion in Japan, with appearance a priority. In fact, it could be argued that a large percentage of people are f*ing obsessed with it.

That said, it’s not necessarily always successful, as the merits of this gamer’s mask for example are somewhat moot to say the least.

Japanese manga manes

The staggering amount of barbers and beauty salons in the Japanese capital attest to the tremendous attention Tokyoites pay to their tresses, with even facial fashion faring fairly well these days, even if it is fake.

However, while hairstyles may vary from the sensible to the silly, when it comes to a dash of colour, nothing but a manga-inspired mane will do — all the way from grey to somewhat gaudy gold.

Although for those a little bashful about their bouffant, ‘clear brown’ is a suitably conservative start.

Hello Kitty clobber

Labels such as Louis Vuitton may be all well and good for the likes of luggage, but as far as footwear is concerned, the true fashionista would be an absolute fool to opt for anything other than colourful Kitty-themed creations.

These ultra stylish sandal-cum-slippers being perfect for either sunny saunters or simply sitting on the sofa, as well as allowing the wearer to savour the soothing glow of Sanrio satisfaction.
