Chased by shadows?

The shadows may well be closing in, but Kitamoto-san is clearly having none of it and stoically soldiering on.

    Lovely detail in the face, so easy to blow out such a shot. Very nice title too, very scary getting that old, I can imagine, shadows everywhere.

      Yes, it’s certainly how I imagine it anyway. I liked her determination, but perhaps more so her name on the cart. Strangely touching somehow.

    Fear the reaper? My optometrist has told me I will need bifocals soon. Nothing could have prepared me for how old I’ve felt since that day 🙁

      Sorry to hear that. I can well imagine how it must have felt. But so long as you don’t have then dangling round your neck on string, you’ll look fine!

        You can’t beat a decent camera bag for your glass(es) – a good combination of prime and macro lenses!
