Imelda Marcos-like muddle

It’s usually good to have choice, but when it comes to not so stylish or unsubtly coloured plastic sandals-cum-slippers, it’s arguable that one can have a little too much of a good thing.

Wow. . . . no one could ever accuse them of not offering a wide selection.

Wow, that’s a ton of footwear. Hopefully they just do what we do at the company I work at and just stock a bunch of the ones that sell fast lol. I know its in Japan where crime is low, though shoplifting is on the rise, but whenever I see something like this I always think “it would be so easy to steal one” lol.

I agree. It’s quite staggering sometimes what is left outside shops and restaurants, and yet they remain there untouched day after day.

there are more shoplifters in the supermarkets (an enclosed area) than those with open stalls. Makes you think where the priorities of these thieves are.
