Jam-packed Japan

Holidays in Japan mean hordes of people everywhere, all the way from hiking paths to holy places; however when it comes to Yokohama’s muddy mix of sunshine and shellfish picking, they really know how to pack ’em in.

I is a wonder that any shellfish are left behind, or even that there would be enough there to justify going down and trying to find some before everyone else grabs them all…

That’s insane! I have never understood why an entire country must go on holiday at the same time. May be…just may be, it might be a better idea to let those over-worked salary men and women take leave as they require.

Dude, this kind of crazy stuff happens in China. The only difference is the beach usually smells of poo by around 3 pm. Dont ask me why, I think its a personal hygiene issue.

Get several thousand Chinese in a relatively hot small space and things get messy.

It’s weird how everyone wants to stay nice and clean when they grow up when all of a sudden they resort to dirt wallowing for shellfish. It’s like we never grow up ^-^.

hi lee. it’s nice to see some informative blog on japan that doesn’t have misleading information.

so golden week is finally over eh? for some reason that i cannot comprehend, the japanese love crowds and they love queueing up.i can’t believe anyone would go to the beach with that amount of people but apparently, they could. i stayed home all week to avoid all crowds and only went out for drinks a few times. haha!
