Japanese workers working #28

Simply sweeping away the leaves he may well have been, but with his relaxed rhythm and metronome-like movements, this man made it seem more like a performance than merely something perfunctory.

Someone needs to invent a camera that shoots HD while allowing the user to simultaneously shoot high-resolution stills on the fly (at least with a film-based movie camera, you can go back and grab a frame and make a high-quality print from it; but that was never quick nor easy).

You take such great photos, but frequently I wish for accompanying videos. Lee, hire yourself a film crew to follow you around! 😉

Even if I did, I’m pretty sure they’d soon get bored!

To be honest, I much prefer single images, although in this particular instance I did wish I’d had even a fairly basic movie camera with me. His movements were so graceful, soothing even, and a photo sadly can’t really capture that…
