    It fits since so much of Shinjuku still has that Times Square before it got too cleaned-up vibe.

    Excellent picture. I guess it’s the lack of color that really makes this picture have feeling to it. Interesting!

      The bright colours and neon are an integral part of Shinjuku — or at least this particular area of Shinjuku — but they can also be very distracting. Or at least they are to me. But black and white calms things down a lot, and allows you to focus on the people rather than everything else in the scene.
