On a nice sunny day, kids appear to like nothing better than running and playing in the park, enjoying the freedom and fres being pulled around the park by their hot and harassed teachers.

Wahahaha… this is a cute picture! Kawaii… On the contrary, I think the kid looking at the camera looks bored. She doesn’t seem to enjoy being ‘pushed’ around.
What’s wrong with Japanese educational system? Why can the kids be allowed to run about?
