Tainted Tokyo?

Quite possibly the only shops that outnumber dry cleaners in the Japanese capital are convenience stores and hairdressers, making the cleaning of clobber a very competitive business indeed.

With this in mind then, one can only hope that the proprietor of the shop pictured below can produce whites that are whiter than the ‘whiteness’ of his shop.
