Tokyo fox

Foxes aren’t unusual in big cities, but human-sized ones with a fondness for fancy coffee are a little more rare.

Yes. And to make things even more unusual, she was with a similarly large owl. Sadly did get a picture of him/her.

Would’ve like to see the owl too:). The old women in the background look really entertained.

Sadly wasn’t quick enough to get them both…

They were, but not sure if it was me or the huge animals that entertained them!

That’s a well dressed fox! 🙂 How do you find such things?’

Generally lots and lots of walking, although invariably that’s still not enough…

A fine example of homo vulpes. Lovely eyes and a very expressive tilt of the head.
The coat is very Fantastic Mr Fox style, if not colour, but the goth bow and cross make it look more of an individual foxy look.

A very impressive specimen eh? A kind only found in Tokyo I suspect.

That mask reminds me of that parody music video clip “What does the fox say?”

      This particular fox said, “Hello!”

I know that foxes and tanuki are supposed to be able to change into people, but this one forgot to change a part of its appearance 🙂

A festive treat perhaps. A Christmas mashup of sorts.
