Speaking as someone with a bit of experience of design, the layout of that poster is atrocious. I’d have stuck with the cartoons and left out the hardware.
So do you get a lot of coffee with the JSDF? The male manga character looks a bit wired. I’m not sure if I would stick with cartoons and no hardware though. You’d want to be taken seriously by the guys a little more, and with hardware you give the illusion to potential recruits that they’ll be driving tanks and flying jets.
