Tokyo tram stares

He stood out at the tram window, just as I did when walking past.

Nice! I can’t decide if he looks cute or scary! 😉 Great moment.

Cheers! Going to stay neutral and just go with inquisitive I think.

That’s a great moment to capture. The way the driver is so clear too. Windows both separate and include the outside viewer from the stories within, and make for interesting reflections and refractions too.
I still have my backdrop shuffling endlessly in 10 minute intervals through my 1000+ Tokyo holiday snaps and one I saw this morning of that trams sibling, number 09. The woman behind the door was not looking at me, and mine suffers the full glory of the green and cream paintjob, but the occasional connection between your photographs and my memories always makes me smile.

Thanks. Yeah, fortunately there are a few things going on. Worked out much better than I thought it would to be honest. Even better considering my original plan was simply to photograph the tram on the road.

That’s a nice connection. Completely different time, but only one number different.
