Possibly a last hurrah, even a bangers and beer banzai, for what could well be the last barbecue of the year. Or at least the last one when the sun is still strong enough to comfortably warm all the surrounding concrete.

I could imagine the people nearby – or whatever… animals, too?- and wonder where the barbecue aroma is coming from!
It is a shame they don’t have parks (or backyards?) for barbeque, but it is nice to see them making the most of what they do have. I think I’d like to bbq beneath a bridge without being hassled for loitering.

Some parks do actually have barbecue areas, but they are usually very busy. So much so in fact that some require a reservation.
