Thank you. Have to admit I’m not daring. Not in the slightest. Quite shy in my own way as well. But if I don’t put myself in such situations, I won’t get the photo, so that forces me to do it. And, the more you force yourself, the easier it becomes. It’s just a case of getting over that first hurdle.

So the proprietor actually uses charcoal to cook the food for the customers?

Yeah. Well, certainly the yakitori, anyway. Some places use gas grills to cook it, but the more traditional places very often still use charcoal.
