Disney’s delicious delectables?

Disney, and in particular its maddening little mouse, have a preposterously powerful grip on the Japanese psyche, with Tokyo Disneyland being the most visited theme park in the world. The mindboggling number of visitors almost allowing somebody to be singled out as a weirdo if they haven’t been welcomed into the magic kingdom at least once.

And then there’s the merchandise, which covers everything from t-shirts to, erm, tomatoes. Yes, after festooning every feasible object with cute little characters, Disney has now deemed it necessary to devour the dinner table.

Tokyo’s pussy packed pools

Tokyo’s strong summer sun and horrible humidity are sadly somewhat bereft of benefits, except that is, for the city’s outdoor public pools. These plentiful enough places allowing people to both cool off and contemplate the staggering amount of flesh on display, as, it has to be said, they are sometimes absolutely packed with pussy.

In an effort to avert any action by the Japanese internet authorities, here are some more photos of pink petals in their prime. A second mention of this seasonal signpost happily keeping Tokyo Times in line with governmental guidelines in honour of hanami hype.

Abhorrent belt?

Due to their very nature, exercise belts aren’t exactly cutting-edge as far as clothing is concerned, with even this Hello Kitty concoction coming off as more cumbersome than cute.
