Considering the name of the drink below, what image could be more appropriate in summing up its apparent origin than, erm, a busty young lady lying lasciviously on a car bonnet? The stars and stripes in the background presumably added as an afterthought for those somehow unable to grasp the connection.
Rather surprisingly, the company’s ‘English Tea’ brand featuring a bowler hat and pin-stripe wearing businessman sat primly atop a mini was sold out — hence the lack of a picture.

Is the English tea good? does it remind you of your hometown?

I drank so much American Coffee when I was in Japan last summer. It is really watered down. What is american coffee anyways, do we grow coffee in america? It is very confusing…

How does the English tea being sold out affect your ability to take a photo? The drinks on display in the vending machine are not real, just visual displays. Even once a drink is sold out, the display remains in place. .Your pic of American Coffee is of a display and not the actual purchased product. In fact, although the woman on the can is displayed, when I purchased American coffee, I got a different design on my can. I believe 3 or 4 designs are available.

I think why the Japanese refer to the coffee as “America” is perhaps a selling point. And maybe it’s to distinguish it from the various types of Japanese tea.

This coffee is American like I am; cold, too sweet, and with a big, giant can.
