Sushi Sandwich

Weary of white rice? Sick to death of seaweed? Then sushi-style sandwiches could be the way to go.

Plus with the inclusion of a strawberries and cream dessert, it’s a meal in itself — sort of.

Tempted?

I don’t know, that actually looks kind of good.

    Then again, I am hungry…

Besides the strawberry and cream, what do they have in the other sandwich rolls? And what is with the different color breads?

Actually, the bigger question is how they got thin sliced bread in Japan? About all the bread I saw in Japan was sliced thicker than Maxipads.

From left to right Peter, it’s ham, a bit of pork, egg, and tuna mayo with cucumber – I think.

As for the different coloured bread and slice thickness, I can’t really comment. The things that are done with bread here are often impossible to comprehend, let alone explain!
