    A sit down, a cigarette, some sake, and a portrait; with real greenery.
    I hope they are new shoots rather than summer grasses.
    It could be in any of many places.

      Yeah, I though that when I took it. Could be anywhere in Japan. In fact, if it wasn’t for the sake carton, it could pretty much be anywhere in the world.

      Took this yesterday, so not sure what kind of greenery that would make them. Perhaps not new shoots though.

    This is a powerful portrait. I sure hope the liquor works the poor guy looks in need of a serious hug……. 🙁

      Thank you. Yeah, he didn’t exactly look happy with his lot in life. Hopefully just a bit of a bad morning rather than anything more serious.
