Phenomenal fetishist

As well as potentially costing him his freedom, Masashi Kamata’s shoe obsession looks to have also costs him a considerable amount of money, as the footwear fiend had to resort to renting a warehouse to store his vast glut of ill-gotten gains.

footwear fetish

Arrested back in September for the theft of just two pairs of indoor school shoes, it appears to have taken until this week for the police to unearth Kamata-san’s astonishing collection, with local officers confiscating around 5,000 pairs of children’s school shoes from the warehouse.

Seemingly unfazed by the find, the 28-year-old attempted to explain his behaviour by telling investigators, “I was enjoying their smell. Indoor shoes for school sexually stimulate me. I couldn’t throw away the shoes I obtained.”

Rumours that Kamata is eagerly looking forward to developing a similar penchant for prison-issue pumps have yet to be confirmed.

Lecherous lavatory lover?

It would appear that the career of high school teacher Yasushi Fukuda is currently at something of a crossroads, as in court on Thursday the presumably embarrassed educator admitted to trespassing in the home of a student on August 3rd.

Making a ‘house call’ at the rather unusual hour of 3 a.m., the 47-year-old part-timer managed to silently sneak through the back door of a favoured female student’s family home; however the light from his torch alerted a member of the household, resulting in Fukuda-san’s apprehension — his capture coming moments before the lavatory lover could fulfill his aim, which was to take furtive photos of the bathroom.

something like this perhaps

Thursday’s initial hearing it seems only tackled the issue of trespassing, but hopefully Fukuda’s further appearances may help explain whether he’s simply a lewd lavatory letch, or alternatively just a fella with a fondness for bathroom furniture. The teacher’s decidedly unsociable hours perhaps explained by his busy schedule, as the police found the addresses of 10 or so other students in the industrious instructor’s car.

Caledonian cosplay

The word ‘cosplay’ generally conjures images of young anime or game lovers decked out in a myriad of bizarre and colourful costumes; however for those with interests far away from such fantasyland folly, there are still options to don an elaborate costume now and again to briefly escape the confines of the real world.

Take the Japan Scottish Highland Games for example (warning, link contains a brief burst of bagpipe music) — an event best known for burly blokes tossing their cabers, yet at the same time, for fans of all things Scottish, it offers the perfect opportunity for a spot of cultural costume play. The young fella pictured below even going to the trouble of perfecting his paunch to do the role real justice.

Footwear foible

With the detrimental effect stress can have on one’s health and mental well-being, it’s not surprising that people are constantly on the look out for the most current and constructive cure. Yet whereas many just give up and opt for the tried and trusted method of alcohol abuse, a few mavericks out there appear intent on pushing the boundaries of stress release therapy.

Sadly Yoshiaki Kobayashi’s imaginative method of stuffing chocolate ice cream into random post boxes never really caught on, although with the ever-increasing use of e-mail, the salary man’s system may yet find some sort of success.

Equally extravagant but way more weird however is the procedure recently pioneered by Osaka policeman Norifusa Nakanishi. A routine that whilst reputably rewarding also resulted in the off-duty officer’s arrest, after he was caught stealing a 10-year-old boy’s shoe from a local elementary school.

smelly shoes

The 24-year-old apparently telling his no doubt confounded colleagues, “I was stressed out, and smelling a shoe is my way to release stress.”

Why the aforementioned footwear should belong to a young boy and be stolen from a school however wasn’t disclosed.

Upskirt upstart

The huge range of reasonably priced digital cameras means that every Tom, Dick and Harry (or Taro, Daisuke and Hiroshi even) has a photographic device of some description, which more often than not is ready to be whipped out when least expected — and even less appreciated. Yet whereas a secret snap of a sake sodden spree is one thing, the unobserved picture of an unknown person’s underwear is another altogether.

Not that such antisocial artistry is uncommon.

Surreptitious and tech-savvy sergeants it seems like to ply their trade with updated umbrellas, whereas sandal-wearing schoolmasters opt for photo capable footwear. And perhaps lacking a little confidence, students ply their trade in packs, carefully planning their desired composition. Plus for those still feeling their way in the field of furtive photography, there’s always the Japanese upskirt picture taking training game to help get to grips with things.

However despite such codes of conduct, perhaps inevitably there are a few rule-breaking renegades, with this young panty pervert showing nothing but contempt for convention.

Busily going about his business with bold and blatant his only watchwords.
